San Remo Food Importers Ltd. has been dedicated to importing fine foods from around the world, with Italian products being a specialty since 1985. San Remo Foods was a natural evolution from Carmelo and Ella Renzullo, my parents� delicatessen and confectionary, Renzullo Food Market, which was established in 1964 in East Vancouver and is still thriving today. During that time, my father was a pioneer of sorts, importing an array of products from the Italian Peninsula to Vancouver including high-end Italian olive oils, tomatoes, coffees, pastas, torrone, chocolates, biscuits and candies to name a few. Years later, they founded San Remo Food Importers, named after the famous city in Italy which hosts an annual music festival, and which now represents our private label brand. San Remo has been fortunate, continuing to expand our product lines which now consist of over 1500 items. Over the years we have always had great pride and success in selling natural clean products of high value. Presently, we have evolved into a new era of nurturing the tremendous demand for organic and natural products. Our organic certified products range from beans, vegetables, tomatoes, oils and vinegars to some of the best gluten free and whole wheat pastas on the market. We will continue to discover, import and distribute fine foods with the highest crafted ingredients to ensure the same commitment to quality and excellence started so many years ago by my parents.
Prompt Delivery and professional packaging
We provide a variety of shipping options thanks to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff is highly trained to package your goods exactly according to the specifications we provide. Your items are carefully inspected and properly secured before shipping. We ship to thousands clients each day across multiple countries. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer on earth. Warehouses and distribution centers can be located in Europe as well as in the USA.
Note: Orders with multiple items will have a distinct processing period for each item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items before sending. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we are unable to control it completely because several parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
The item should not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
